Please read them carefully before booking or purchasing. By using this website, booking coaching services, or purchasing artwork, you agree to these terms.

These terms are split into three sections for clarity: General Website Use, Equestrian Coaching Bookings, and Artwork & Store Purchases.  If you don't agree, please don't use this website or our services.

2. Equestrian Coaching Bookings

These terms apply to all equestrian confidence coaching sessions booked through this website or by direct contact with Amanda Sivewright.

Nature of Equestrian Coaching Sessions

Amanda Sivewright offers equestrian confidence coaching for riders of all levels, including those working through specific challenges, developing skills across disciplines, and preparing for competition. Sessions focus on building true partnership between horse and rider through progressive, trust-based training methods.

Coaching is available across three core disciplines: eventing, dressage, and show jumping. A particular specialism exists in working with sensitive horses and ponies.

Coaching by Arrangement

Equestrian coaching sessions are available by arrangement only. Submitting an enquiry through this website does not constitute a confirmed booking. All sessions are confirmed in writing once availability has been agreed.

Booking Process

• Complete the coaching enquiry form on this website, providing details of your requirements, horse/pony, discipline, and availability.

• Amanda will respond within 2 working days to discuss your needs and agree a suitable date, time, and location.

• A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from Amanda.

• A deposit may be required to secure your session (details provided at time of booking).

Session Location

Equestrian coaching sessions may take place at an agreed venue. Specific location details, travel arrangements, and any additional costs for travel outside of the North Cotswolds area will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation by the client:

• More than 48 hours' notice: Full refund or free rescheduling.

• 24–48 hours' notice: 50% of session fee retained, or rescheduling subject to availability.

• Less than 24 hours' notice: Full session fee is non-refundable.

• No-show without notice: Full session fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation by Amanda Sivewright:

In the event that Amanda needs to cancel a confirmed session, you will receive as much notice as possible and will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

Weather & Extenuating Circumstances:

Equestrian coaching sessions are conducted outdoors and are subject to weather conditions. If a session cannot proceed safely due to severe weather, both parties will agree to reschedule without penalty. What constitutes unsafe conditions will be assessed by Amanda Sivewright.

Health, Safety & Rider Responsibility

Equestrian activities carry inherent risks. By booking a coaching session, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You confirm that:

• You and your horse/pony are in suitable physical condition for the session.

• Your horse/pony is insured, up to date with vaccinations, and sound for the intended activity.

• You will wear appropriate personal protective equipment (including a correctly fitted, approved riding hat and body protector if appropriate).

• You will disclose any relevant health conditions, horse behaviour concerns, or previous injuries that Amanda should be aware of before the session begins.

• You take responsibility for your own safety and that of your horse/pony during the session.

Note: Amanda Sivewright provides coaching guidance only. She is not responsible for accidents or injuries arising from equestrian activities during or after a coaching session. Participation is at your own risk.

Under-18s

Riders under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present throughout the session unless written consent has been provided in advance. The parent or guardian takes responsibility for the young rider's safety.

Photography & Media

Amanda Sivewright may take photographs or video during coaching sessions for educational or promotional purposes. You will be asked for consent before any images are used publicly. You may opt out at any time.

Coaching Fees & Payment

Session fees will be communicated at the time of enquiry. Payment terms will be agreed in advance and confirmed in writing. Amanda Sivewright reserves the right to review coaching fees periodically.

3. Artwork & Store Purchases

These terms apply to all purchases made through the Amanda Sivewright online store, including original artwork, prints, greeting cards, posters, and calendars

Products available in the store include:

• Original artwork (one-of-a-kind pieces)

• High-quality art prints (reproductions)

• Greeting cards

• Posters

• Calendars

Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the price charged.

Ordering & Payment

Orders are placed through the secure checkout on this website. Payment is processed via Stripe or PayPal. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received and you receive an order confirmation email.

Shipping & Delivery

Products are produced and dispatched by our trusted print-on-demand partner. Delivery timeframes will be displayed at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Original Artwork: Due to the unique nature of original pieces, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged.

Print-on-demand products (prints, cards, calendars, posters): If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note that personalised or custom commission items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Commissions

Bespoke commission enquiries are handled separately from the online store. Commission terms, pricing, and timelines will be agreed in writing before work begins. A deposit is required to secure a commission slot. The deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.

Copyright

All artwork created by Amanda Sivewright remains her intellectual property. Purchasing an artwork, print, or product grants you the right to display the piece for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any artwork for commercial purposes without written permission.

4. Privacy & Data

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Amanda Sivewright Privacy Policy, available on this website.
By using this website, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

Data collected through equestrian coaching enquiries and bookings is used solely for the purpose of managing your booking and communication. It is not shared with third parties without your consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amanda Sivewright shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from use of this website, equestrian coaching sessions, or artwork purchases.



Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
